Paying for Your Order

You may pay for your orders with major credit cards issued in the United States of America at https://secure.lawpay.com/pages/deatleylawpllc/operating.

Generally, credit and debit cards are not charged until we complete the services our client has engaged us for. However, we may pre-authorize your order amount with your credit or debit card issuer at the time you place the order, which may have an effect on your available credit line. When paying for a preorder with a debit card you will be charged at the time you place your preorder. Please contact your credit card issuer for more information.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless DeAtley Law, PLLC and our subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.

Termination

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho.

Termination of Use

You are personally liable for any orders that you place or charges that you incur prior to termination.
